About This Role
- Operate and maintain Windows Server infrastructure including monitoring, patching, backups, and incident troubleshooting to ensure uptime and compliance.
- Support server health reporting, security standards, and documentation of changes and SOPs under guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to execute strategic infrastructure operations and maintain operational excellence within a matrixed environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 2-4 years with a Master’s degree OR 7+ years with a Diploma in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in Windows Server operations and virtualization technologies (VMware, Acropolis).
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Ansible, or Python and familiarity with ITIL or incident management workflows.
- This role is onsite in Hyderabad with willingness to participate in 24/7 rotation shifts including off-hours work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in WINTEL infrastructure operations and Windows Server service delivery within complex global or matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to support compliance, security standards, and drive improvements through automation and incident resolution.
- Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment requiring shift work availability.
