Strong background in WINTEL infrastructure operations and Windows Server service delivery within complex global or matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to support compliance, security standards, and drive improvements through automation and incident resolution.
Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment requiring shift work availability.
