About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Landside Specialists to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transport lifecycle execution.
- Oversee end-to-end landside operations including planning, booking, execution, and order closure via SAP TMS, ensuring compliance with service levels and process standards.
- Drive team performance tracking, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives including transformation and automation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in landside logistics, transport operations, or supply chain with prior team management experience.
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree required.
- Strong knowledge of landside logistics operations and SAP Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Flexible to work across shifts and adhere to in-office organizational work policies.

- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage and develop operational teams in a dynamic, high-paced logistics environment.
- Skilled in operational data analysis, performance management, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on accountability and delivery against SLAs.
- Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean/Six Sigma, and exposure to automation or reporting tools like Power BI to support transformation initiatives.
