About This Role
- Lead and mentor a large RCM AR team (~100 FTEs) to achieve productivity and high-quality service delivery in revenue cycle management operations.
- Drive hands-on RCM expertise focus on denial prevention, accounts receivable resolution, and workflow efficiency across global teams, ensuring compliance and SOP adherence.
- Collaborate with quality, training, and onshore coordinators to improve KPIs, oversee client onboarding, and standardize RCM processes, reporting key findings to executive leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years of relevant Provider RCM experience with at least 5 years managing large delivery teams (~100 FTEs).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Science, Commerce, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Willingness to work India night shift and full-time onsite from Hyderabad office.
- Proficiency in RCM leadership, denial resolution, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing large, multi-functional RCM teams with a focus on operational excellence and cross-geographic collaboration.
- Hands-on knowledge of physician revenue cycle workflows, best practices, and process improvement in a tech-enabled environment.
- Comfortable working in a high automation setting with start-up or ground-up operational experience favored.
