About This Role
- Own hands-on development and customization using Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with Life Sciences backend systems.
- Implement and architect Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio solutions compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, PHI).
- Lead technical workshops, define scalable data models and security frameworks, and manage integration with enterprise platforms using APIs and healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years technology development experience, including 3+ years in client-facing consulting or system implementation roles.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills in Apex, Java, C#, or Python; plus JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web components.
- Foundational domain knowledge in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Healthcare including compliance exposure; experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise bridging Salesforce technical development with regulated life sciences or healthcare domain knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex solutions and lead client engagements with strong communication and consultative skills.
