Demonstrated expertise operationalizing end-to-end RCM cycle workflows and policies with strong subject matter knowledge in US Healthcare revenue cycle processes.
Experience leading training projects and mentoring peers in developing eLearning capabilities and managing learning management systems.
Comfortable working in structured environments with responsibilities spanning content collaboration, quality standards, project timelines, and learner engagement evaluation.
