About This Role
- Found and lead a new IT team of 5-6 full-stack developers focused on building operational tooling, applications, front ends, and data-platform solutions with Snowflake.
- Act as Solution Architect, owning technical solution framework, design principles, coding standards, and ensuring secure, maintainable, scalable deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day delivery, release management, and collaborate with AI, QA, and Platform teams while staying hands-on with design and code review.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience leading software engineering teams with demonstrated hiring and scaling experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs) and full-stack development with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React or similar).
- Experience with data-platform building on Snowflake, including data modelling and SQL; also Python for automation/integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, distributed system design; Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in software engineering leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineer with strong technical skills in software architecture and development who actively participates in coding and design reviews alongside managing the team.
- Experience in financial or capital markets systems or other high-volume transactional environments preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to set technical vision, establish engineering standards, and balance delivery speed with software quality in a cross-functional international organization.
