About This Role
- Lead and manage a technical team of 10+ Senior Networking Solutions Architects and specialists for AI/HPC infrastructure delivery across India and APAC.
- Own end-to-end technical control and quality of large-scale InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery projects, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA DC products and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery processes and maintain customer relationships, focusing on technical oversight, project reliability, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in data center infrastructure with 5+ years managing technical teams of 10+ members.
- Strong expertise in NVIDIA data center products including networking, InfiniBand, AI orchestration tools, and GPU-accelerated infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of full-stack data center technologies: storage, server, networking, virtualization, and AI technology integration.
- BS/MS/PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader comfortable managing large, specialized teams and balancing technical oversight with people development.
- Familiarity with Indian business models and customer engagement within APAC, including Chinese customer interactions.
- Deep networking and AI/HPC infrastructure expertise, with hands-on experience in HPC job schedulers and cluster management technologies (e.g., BCM).
