About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including ledger review, accounts finalization, and financial reporting in ERP/Tally systems.
- Own full monthly payroll processing cycle for 300+ employees including payroll calculations in Excel, tax computation, and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for audits, compliance, and reporting (MIS, vendor reconciliations, banking).
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in core accounting with at least 3–4 years of hands-on payroll processing for 300+ employees.
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com mandatory; CA (Inter)/CA/MBA-Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Glovia, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT) and payroll software (e.g., greytHR, Kronos) is an advantage but not explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing both accounting finalization and high-volume payroll independently in manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex accounting, payroll, and compliance issues with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, advanced Excel payroll calculations, and statutory filings, collaborating closely with Finance Controller and auditors.
