Practical experience with customer invoicing, ledger/payment reconciliation, and knowledge of AR ageing and collections.
Experienced in SaaS, ERP, IT, or technology companies with exposure to complex billing involving multiple customers, licenses, subscriptions, and usage-based billing.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented financial data and billing processes independently.
Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance for billing and collections matters.
