About This Role
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation, JV posting, balance sheet review, flux analysis, and variance explanation within the Lease Accounting function under Controllership.
- Prepare cash flow statements and address audit queries and SOX compliance requirements.
- Respond to internal and business finance teams’ queries regionally, support internal controls and auditors, and identify automation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA/CWA with 1 to 2 years of experience in GL accounting within Controllership or Shared Services in Service/Manufacturing industries.
- Typically 3 to 5 years of overall experience in Accounting & Finance functions including Balance Sheet Reconciliations, GL Accounting, Period End Closing, and Reporting in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience or exposure to Lease Accounting and finance support in the IT/Telecom sector preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Accounting & Finance functions; notice period not explicitly mentioned.
