About This Role
- Manage client engagements with focus on performance marketing and stakeholder communication (Engagement Manager track).
- Create and deliver 3D motion graphics with expertise in Autodesk Maya/Adobe Substance; interpret storyboards and ensure polished 3D sequences (3D Motion Graphic Designer track).
- Produce 2D motion design animations and video editing using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; manage projects end-to-end from concept through final output (Motion Designer 2D track).
Minimum Requirements
- Experience range: 5 to 10 years in relevant field.
- Proficiency in required technical tools per role: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, possibly After Effects), Autodesk Maya, Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Mandatory portfolio/showreel submission for 3D Motion Graphic Designer and Motion Designer 2D roles.
- Work mode is hybrid with Pan India location; Employment type full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- For Engagement Manager: Background in performance marketing (social, display, email) with strong verbal and stakeholder management skills.
- For 3D Motion Graphic Designer: Demonstrated expertise in 3D animation principles and creative problem-solving, with robust showreel.
- For Motion Designer 2D: Solid foundation in 2D animation principles, video editing, and ability to manage animation from concept to output.
