About This Role
- Develop and deliver client-facing content addressing organization design and transformation challenges.
- Anticipate client needs, formulate solutions, and maintain strong client relationships through quality delivery.
- Lead execution of daily plans within Human Capital team and contribute to business proposals and practice building.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in Organization Design, Transformation, Performance Management, or related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data modelling skills.
- Bachelor’s, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s degree from Tier-1 B-School.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Experienced professional familiar with organization transformation consulting frameworks and structured design methodologies.
- Capable of working independently on client deliverables and managing stakeholder expectations.
