About This Role
- Lead end-to-end architecture, development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile platforms across iOS and Android.
- Design and implement AI-driven mobile development practices and intelligent mobile experiences to improve engineering velocity and product quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding mobile architecture, cross-platform framework decisions, and overseeing mobile release quality and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience with significant hands-on mobile engineering expertise.
- Proven track record owning and delivering large, complex mobile applications or platform capabilities across iOS and Android.
- Expert-level proficiency with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android), cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, .NET MAUI), and AI-assisted mobile development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

- Highly autonomous senior technologist comfortable leading complete mobile initiatives and influencing across multiple teams without close supervision.
- Experienced in modernizing legacy mobile applications and balancing native platform excellence with cross-platform reuse and time-to-market.
