About This Role
- Drive quality engineering strategy and automation for enterprise SaaS banking software.
- Design scalable automation frameworks covering UI, APIs, backend services, and integrations, and embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead testing efforts across API, database, event-driven, and end-to-end scenarios while mentoring engineers and establishing quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related roles.
- Proven ability designing and building scalable automation frameworks with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with API automation (Rest Assured/Postman), SQL, backend validation, and CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of performance testing, event-driven systems (Kafka), and cloud-native applications (preferably Azure/Kubernetes).

- Experienced in global product companies, fintech, banking technology, GCCs, or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong software engineering mindset with a focus on embedding quality across the software development lifecycle.
