About This Role
- Enable effective project governance and provide executive visibility into project, program, portfolio, and functional performance including status, risks, issues, costs, KPIs, and trends.
- Coordinate governance activities by facilitating forums, driving reporting cadence, escalating critical risks or decisions, and maintaining compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
- Maintain PMO tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI), track operational and financial metrics including cloud costs, and identify opportunities for process standardization and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in project/program management or PMO functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, Power BI, Jira, and related reporting tools.
- Relevant project management qualification is mandatory.
- Basic awareness of ISO and ISMS standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Finance, Cloud Ops, and SRE in a highly regulated or enterprise environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and risk management skills to deliver high-quality project governance and reporting under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives within PMO and operational processes.
