About This Role
- Lead UX activities end-to-end: discovery, problem definition, experience design, and validation.
- Understand and translate customer needs and business objectives into user-centric UX strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure UX intent is realized and design decisions are communicated with focus on outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong knowledge of human-centred design and UX methodologies, covering user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent UX/design tools.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years of professional UX design experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently owning complex UX problems from discovery through to delivery and validation.
- Able to translate ambiguous or complex business requirements into simple, customer-focused experiences using evidence-based design decisions.
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments involving clients, stakeholders, product, and development teams, with ability to advocate for user needs balanced with business realities.
