Pragmatic, hands-on leader with strong scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation discipline for runbooks and operational procedures.
Background in secure, production-grade platform operations within regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus, as is experience with MLOps or fintech/enterprise SaaS domains.
