About This Role
- Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) focused on ServiceNow GRC and ITSM modules.
- Perform and document functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end manual and automated testing during platform upgrades, releases, and in Agile environments.
- Manage test plans, defect lifecycle, API testing (REST, SOAP), and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure application quality and provide testing progress updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing and automation with focus on Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Experience with testing ServiceNow GRC module and knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) required.
