Experience with testing ServiceNow GRC module and knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) required.
Proven ability to create and maintain automated testing solutions specifically within ServiceNow platform covering GRC and ITSM modules.
Experienced in Agile development environments with capability to execute and document comprehensive testing covering APIs and platform upgrades.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills to manage defect lifecycles and deliver quality assurance metrics effectively to stakeholders.
