Experienced in designing scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise environments with strong ITSM process knowledge.
Skilled in Agile delivery environments with demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and manage technical governance.
Technically strong in ServiceNow platform integrations and customization, with additional exposure to CSM or Service Portal/UI Builder modules preferred.
