Experience with SAP system and shared service center exposure preferred but not mandatory.
Experience supporting larger and/or more complex finance entities, with a good understanding of business and economic context to handle complex accounting issues.
Familiarity with end-to-end financial accounting processes, revenue recognition standards, and strong attention to detail for accuracy and compliance.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, adapting quickly to changing reporting requirements and business environments.
