About This Role
- Lead transition of AUM operations and reporting from legacy tools to a modern Data Lakehouse platform, driving data governance, automation, and reporting accuracy.
- Own end-to-end AUM revenue operations including roll-forward processes, capital raise reporting, revenue-to-AUM reconciliation, and master data management to ensure consistency and auditability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead large-scale data and ERP transformation programs across Finance, Investment, Distribution, and Technology domains.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in asset management, investment operations, fund administration, or financial services, with at least 5 years in transformation or ERP/data modernization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA, CA, CFA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Strong expertise in AUM, capital raise lifecycle, revenue reporting, and public/private fund structures.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or equivalent), Data Lakehouse architecture, Master Data Management, and integration of ABOR and IBOR systems.

- Proven leader in large scale data and ERP transformations, capable of defining target-state operating models and governance frameworks with measurable impact on reporting and operational efficiency.
- Skilled in managing complex stakeholder ecosystems including Finance, Distribution, Technology, and Data teams in a global asset management environment.
