About This Role
- Lead and execute complex sourcing projects focusing on indirect categories, ensuring cost savings and compliance across global markets.
- Collaborate with global procurement and business teams to optimize sourcing strategies using digital tools like Coupa and CSO, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships and governance processes while supporting achievement of sourcing milestones and productivity targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of procurement and sourcing experience including negotiations and contract management.
- Degree in business, procurement, or relevant commercial field, or equivalent experience in consumer products environment.
- Experience with eSourcing tools, preferably Coupa and CSO, and managing cross-cultural global stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in procurement and sourcing.

- Proven ability to lead sourcing negotiations and contract management with minimal supervision in a global, cross-functional context.
