About This Role
- Manage and coordinate strategic sourcing requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and eAuctions within agreed SLAs and KPIs to support procurement operations globally and regionally.
- Lead tendering processes, including design, launch, event management, supplier selection, and contract sign-off within defined categories and spend parameters.
- Drive continuous process and system improvements in procurement sourcing while ensuring governance, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in business, procurement, or relevant commercial experience in consumer products.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing including knowledge of processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of eSourcing tools like Coupa and CSO and strong commercial, legal, and financial acumen.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in procurement/sourcing as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
