Design and govern integration architecture connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP and middleware, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable data flows.
Define enterprise integration strategies including real-time, batch, and event-driven patterns, selecting appropriate technologies like REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, and middleware.
Own documentation, API management strategy (versioning, throttling, security), monitoring standards, and troubleshoot production integration issues to ensure operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
10-15+ years in integration/enterprise architecture with 5+ years specifically on Salesforce.
Strong expertise in Salesforce integration APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, Platform Events).
Experience with at least one enterprise middleware/iPaaS platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or TIBCO.
Solid understanding of authentication/authorization protocols including OAuth, SAML, and JWT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven architect capable of defining and implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce integration strategies including API-led connectivity.
Experienced in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and marketing/custom platforms, comfortable with event-driven and microservices architectures.
Holds Salesforce Certified Integration Architect and System Architect certifications, with additional middleware certifications considered a plus.
