About This Role
- Lead and manage a techno-functional team delivering SaaS and automation solutions in HR, finance, and related areas, including Workday HCM and Recruiting platforms.
- Partner with business leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver technology projects that improve business processes and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee application configuration, implementation, and support ensuring service excellence and alignment with long-term business strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in software application delivery and team management.
- Minimum 5 years supporting HR and Recruiting functions in a global environment with over 25,000 employees.
- Minimum 3 years managing teams delivering Workday and related HR integrations (Workday HCM, Recruiting, payroll, benefits).
- Experience with Recruiting Automation platforms (e.g., TalkPush, Harver) and automation tools (Workato preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in managing complex HR application projects in large global organizations including public companies/SEC environments preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong ability to influence IT and business executives, balancing sustaining support with transformation projects.
- Demonstrated capability in resource planning, budgeting, and delivering business process automation using AI and workflow technologies.
