About This Role
- Manage and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting application lifecycle across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring phases.
- Automate integration, deployment, testing, and provide customer support on DevOps tools ensuring zero error onboarding and implementation.
- Collaborate with development teams and manage IT infrastructure to support software releases, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets within defined TAT.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of work experience in relevant DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Mandatory skill: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end DevOps toolchain and automation for continuous integration and deployment.
- Capable of handling customer support with strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills within committed TAT.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with development and operations teams to customize and build DevOps tools aligned to client needs.
