About This Role
- Provide technical guidance and direction to business technical teams and external vendors to support robust product delivery.
- Develop, review, and debug high-quality, secure production code primarily in Java and Python.
- Drive the adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices, establishing validation standards and promoting automation within the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Practical experience with cloud native technologies and demonstrated leadership in using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading and coaching engineering teams on responsible and compliant use of AI-assisted development tools and practices.
- Capable of independently solving design and functionality challenges with minimal oversight.
- Familiar with platform engineering and able to influence product design, functionality, and technical operations.
