About This Role
- Lead development and coordination of tactical and strategic test roadmaps involving cross-product teams and external partners in banking domain.
- Drive defect closure and coordinated sign-off with clear objectives, progress reporting, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Identify and implement process improvements including best practices across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- 7+ years experience in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Spring, microservices frameworks (Spring Boot).
- BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent experience.
- Lead experience in banking domain with understanding of data strategies, cloud solutions, and domain-driven design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced lead-level engineer with strong expertise in Java microservices and banking domain technology stacks.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders for project delivery and defect management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile SDLC tools, cloud native development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and test-driven development methodologies.
