About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models supporting payment processing, reconciliation, fraud analysis, and business intelligence needs.
- Manage and optimize large-scale data systems using Oracle and SQL Server, including integration and normalization of payment data from multiple platforms.
- Build dashboards and automate payment reporting processes, maintain documentation, and help shape data strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise with Oracle and SQL Server, including complex SQL and performance tuning.
- Proven experience designing and building ETL workflows for large-scale data warehouses.
- Working knowledge of payment processing flows, PSP integrations, and key payment metrics (e.g., conversion rate, chargeback rate).

- Experienced with data modeling techniques and data warehousing concepts like star/snowflake schemas and slowly changing dimensions.
