Role requires specialised identity exposure and VM expertise, making cross-industry transferability low.
Explicit 5-7 years plus domain-specific identity, VM and CTEM tooling requirements produce highly stringent filters.
Own the full threat exposure management lifecycle for Identity environments, including vulnerability identification, prioritisation, validation, and remediation aligned with business risk.
Manage integration and data quality across various security and asset management toolsets to ensure complete attack surface visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence stakeholders, refine best practices, and produce accurate reporting and metrics on vulnerabilities and remediation progress.
5-7+ years of progressive enterprise cybersecurity experience with deep expertise in Threat Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, and Defensive and Offensive Security focused on Identity technologies.
Advanced technical skills in exposure analysis, including authenticated scanning, asset discovery, exploitability assessment across Identity, cloud, OT/ICS, AI/ML, and associated environments.
Hands-on experience with VM/CTEM/AppSec/CSPM/ASM/EASM tools and managing attack surface data quality and reconciliation.
Work Experience Required: 5-7+ years in relevant cybersecurity domains.
Experienced in managing complex, large-scale heterogeneous environments with expertise in Identity attack surfaces, including Active Directory, PKI, federation, MFA, and cloud/hybrid identity setups.
Strong analytical capability to correlate vulnerabilities with attacker behavior (MITRE ATT&CK) and differentiate real risks from false positives, including high-risk identity misconfiguration and exploit paths.
Proven track record of operational leadership in threat exposure management programs, collaborating across security, engineering, and risk teams to drive remediation and continuous improvement.
