About This Role
- Design, build, and scale enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and automation solutions delivering measurable business value.
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML and automation projects from ideation to deployment, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and integration with enterprise systems.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop scalable solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Data, AI, and Automation domains.
- At least 4 years of AI/ML implementation experience and 2 years of hands-on automation implementation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with RPA tools, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record delivering 2-3 end-to-end AI/ML and automation initiatives independently, demonstrating ownership and impact.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and RAG architectures aligned with enterprise-scale solution development.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable AI and automation solutions.
