About This Role
- Lead and manage delivery activities of multiple Scrum/Kanban teams supporting strategic initiatives under Global Operations Initiatives & Technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure Agile best practices (Scrum/SAFe) are followed across sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, facilitate stakeholder communication, and prioritize production support activities to meet project timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6+ years overall experience, or 8+ years experience without a degree.
- At least 3 years experience in developing and implementing information systems.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification mandatory.
- Experience in people/vendor management and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in SAFe-based Agile delivery managing multiple cross-functional teams in large projects.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder communications across business, technical, and vendor teams with strong decision-making skills.
- Prior exposure to Contact Center Technology or large banking/financial services projects preferred but not mandatory.
