About This Role
- Lead and coordinate tax-related projects ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline, leveraging Agile methodologies and project management software.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, completion, and develop governance frameworks to optimize portfolio and risk management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and encouraging skill development beyond comfort zones.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in project management with Agile methodology knowledge.
- Up to 20% travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management and Project Risk identification techniques.
- Ability to lead Project Management Office (PMO) development initiatives and embrace innovative project delivery methods.
- Preferred credentials include CPA, legal membership, or technology/finance-specific certifications.
