About This Role
- Own timely and quality implementation of economic inclusion projects under the graduation approach in assigned districts, following approved plans and standard procedures.
- Coordinate with district and block level Mission Management Units (DMMU, BMMU) and other stakeholders for smooth project execution and field activities including capacity building, events, and monitoring.
- Manage project documentation, data collection, reporting, and support monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure impact at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate required; post-graduate preferred in rural development, rural management, agriculture, forestry, social work, anthropology or related fields.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in development sector projects related to rural development, poverty eradication, livelihood promotion or tribal development.
- Experience in district-level roles within National/State Rural Livelihood Missions focusing on institution building, capacity building, social inclusion or livelihood promotion preferred.
- Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license; role based in Mawkyrwat, South West Khasi Hills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing district-level rural livelihood or poverty eradication projects with demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Familiarity with government mission structures (SRLMs) and implementing standardized operational procedures in community and livelihood programs.
- Capable of autonomous fieldwork involving community engagement, government liaison, and data-driven project monitoring in remote/rural settings.
