About This Role
- Drive AI-first transformation in lending operations by managing product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on end-to-end loan lifecycle automation.
- Own and refine product backlog aligned to business priorities, ensuring clear, testable, and traceable requirements with measurable success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies, risks, and quality standards including QA/UAT, go-live support, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 8 years total work experience with at least 5 years in product management or lending domain related to commercial lending or financial services operations.
- Working knowledge of lending platforms such as Finastra Loan IQ and FIS ACBS is essential.
- Experience with product development lifecycle, AI/automation technology trends, and stakeholder management.

- Strong domain expertise in lending operations, end-to-end loan lifecycle, and commercial lending products.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives using AI/automation to enhance operational workflows.
