About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs and data protection initiatives including development of program roadmaps, project plans, and delivery schedules.
- Drive implementation and enhancement of DLP solutions across various platforms like endpoints, email, cloud, and collaboration tools, ensuring alignment with data classification and protection policies.
- Establish governance frameworks, track budgets and resource utilization, and manage stakeholder engagement and executive reporting for security and risk teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in governance, program/project management, or optimization within global financial institutions.
- Work Location: Powai, Mumbai.
- Experience with large-scale program delivery and security governance.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant domain as specified in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams in complex, large-scale security or data protection projects, particularly in regulated financial environments.
- Strong background in program management with capacity to handle governance, risk, and compliance aspects related to data protection.
- Proven ability to drive deployment and adoption of security controls across dispersed business units and regions.
