About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UAV development projects including scheduling, resource, and budget management.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional R&D teams for UAV systems ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as primary liaison to stakeholders providing project updates, risk mitigation, and driving continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in UAV or related system development, specifically in project management within R&D environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience with project management tracking software and budget management.
- Familiarity with UAV-relevant aviation regulations and standards.

- Demonstrated expertise managing complex UAV projects in research and development settings with measurable delivery on time and budget.
- Strong leadership skills to lead multi-disciplinary engineering and technical teams in innovative aerospace projects.
- Operationally savvy with hands-on experience in risk, resource, and stakeholder management in regulated defense/aerospace contexts.
