About This Role
- Define and execute AI-driven product vision and roadmap for aviation-related digital applications.
- Manage full product lifecycle including backlog prioritization, iteration objectives, and value delivery focusing on fleet safety, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead Lean-Agile processes such as Program Increment planning across Agile Release Trains.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product ownership experience including delivering AI or machine learning-enabled products.
- Degree required: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Technical background with Big Data, Time Series, sensor data, and AI/ML fluency.
- Preferred certification: Certified Product Owner (SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in aviation domain covering Aircraft/Airline Operations, Training, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Experienced in translating complex business problems into AI-powered aviation products.
- Skilled in Lean-Agile frameworks with demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple Agile Release Trains and stakeholder groups.
