About This Role
- Provide expert-level Splunk administration and lead IT Operations Management for consistent system reliability and infrastructure availability.
- Mentor and manage L1/L2 support teams to resolve critical operational issues while enforcing ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Own technical operations including 24x7 crisis management, drive automation efforts, and ensure SLA/OLA compliance to minimize mean time to resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years experience in Infrastructure Monitoring, Splunk Administration, and IT Operations Management.
- Engineering graduate degree required.
- Expertise in Splunk infrastructure management, ITIL framework execution, and certified Red Hat Linux Administrator with Windows OS knowledge.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Route53, IAM), automation scripting (Shell, Python), and DevOps tools (Git, Ansible, Jenkins).
