Experienced in managing full lifecycle of operational incidents across complex, multi-component infrastructure.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement in operational procedures and automation.
Strong technical background in ITIL-based monitoring, event/incident management, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting.
