Experienced in supporting and troubleshooting highly available, customer-facing microservices and healthcare-related applications in regulated or mission-critical environments.
Capable of independently designing workflows, incident management, and establishing SRE practices and standards across teams.
Familiar with infrastructure as code, monitoring tools, advanced CI/CD practices, security scanning, and automation to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
