About This Role
- Develop and commission automation software systems including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and MES for process and equipment control.
- Lead software and electrical panel FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and support onsite commissioning activities at various sites in India and abroad.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver automation projects independently and handle remote site support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls or similar field.
- 5-8 years of experience in automation software design for Dairy, Chemical, Food, Beverages, Pharma, or Brewery industries.
- Proficient in Siemens automation platforms including TIA Portal, STEP7, WinCC; experience in ladder, SCL, STL, FBD programming languages.
- Based in Vadodara with willingness for extensive travel including extended onsite periods in India and abroad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing software logic and SCADA screens specifically using Siemens and preferably exposure to Ignition/Intouch HMI.
- Comfortable managing full project lifecycle from system design, preparation of FDS, FAT testing to onsite commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a globally collaborative environment and adapting quickly across functions.
