Hands-on experience supporting technologies including Oracle databases with SQL proficiency, Unix/Unix shell scripting, C# and Java/J2EE applications, and enterprise messaging products (preferably MQ Series).
Experienced in incident, problem, and change management within a financial trading platform environment, with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Comfortable working in global shift patterns with on-call responsibilities, including participation in disaster recovery and failover procedures.
Familiarity with ITIL service delivery practices, batch scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys), electronic trading processes including FIX protocol and order management systems (Charles River OMS preferred).
