Experience in financial domain (investment banking / wealth management) and ITIL service delivery preferred; formal ITIL qualification is advantageous.
Experienced in supporting trading platforms and integration with upstream/downstream financial systems within a global, multicultural team environment.
Able to manage support transitions, work across global shifts including on-call and weekend activities, and engage proactively in communication and knowledge sharing.
Comfortable with production failover, disaster recovery, batch scheduling tools (e.g. Control-M), and applying automation for monitoring and operational improvements.
