About This Role
- Lead and manage the oversight team responsible for NAV and fund financial reporting oversight across private assets.
- Oversee error and risk validation, direct remediation, support risk and compliance investigations, and maintain control governance frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with offshore partners and external stakeholders such as TPAs and auditors to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of financial services experience with at least 10 years in fund accounting or financial reporting oversight.
- Minimum 8 years in supervisory or managerial roles within fund accounting oversight.
- Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, NAV components, pricing, and financial reporting across UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg jurisdictions.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; professional certifications like CFA, CA, MBA Finance, or relevant investment management qualifications desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing outsourced/TPA models with a strong governance and risk oversight mindset.
- Deep expertise in private market asset classes and complex valuation methodologies related to fund structures (LP/GP, ICAV, RAIF).
- Proven ability to handle complex technical issues, make informed decisions autonomously, and engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
