About This Role
- Own the enterprise PLM strategy and transformation roadmap to align PLM capabilities with business objectives and drive scalable growth and digital transformation.
- Lead business process architecture, value stream transformation, and governance frameworks for PLM and MDM, ensuring operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in PLM, enterprise architecture, business transformation, digital strategy, MDM, solution/data architecture, or R&D/product formulation.
- Experience required in PLM & MDM strategy, governance, roadmap development, business architecture, and lifecycle requirements translation.
