About This Role
- Lead and manage all workplace operations across multiple sites in India ensuring 99.9% operational uptime.
- Oversee facilities, engineering, F&B, events, travel, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, and workplace strategy.
- Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team focused on safety, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of experience leading Real Estate & Facilities operations across multiple locations.
- Proven experience managing large teams, complex stakeholder environments, contracts, budgets, and service delivery.
- Location requirement: India (Noida HQ + multi-site responsibility).
