About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade AI solutions including ML, Generative AI and RAG-based capabilities across 1-2+ pods, managing roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance.
- Plan and coordinate solution architecture integration covering data ingestion, vector stores, retrieval, model orchestration, deployment, and monitoring with technical oversight.
- Lead stakeholder communication in senior forums, provide decision options, establish guardrails for data, model use, content safety, and ensure production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in technical delivery or engineering-led program delivery with proven AI use case production deployments (beyond POCs).
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in ML lifecycle, Generative AI lifecycle, and RAG solution patterns including vector stores and embeddings.
- Working knowledge of cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems (MLOps/LLMOps).
- Work Experience Required: 8-10+ years in technology delivery including AI/ML initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver AI solutions with measurable business impact while implementing guardrails to ensure safety, compliance, and supportability.
- Skilled at managing senior stakeholder relationships and leading multi-pod AI delivery teams with strong governance and delivery excellence focus.
