Experienced in Salesforce DevOps tools and concepts (e.g., GitLab, Copado, Jenkins) to support delivery and testing phases.
Demonstrated ability to act as trusted delivery partner influencing upstream demand and driving prioritisation of requests.
Strong execution focus ensuring traceable UAT, scalable configurations, and realistic roadmaps backed by structured requirements.
