About This Role
- Drive growth in distribution and market share through extensive QR and Soundbox product deployment in the assigned area.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor the sales team, planning market coverage and aligning strategies to business goals.
- Ensure quality and accountability by monitoring sales performance, conducting audits, and communicating targets effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales and business development, preferably in B2C markets.
- Must have experience with quota-driven sales and strong sales negotiation skills.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
